When you wake up with this view and you know in an hour, after you have done your sky breathing exercise and took a shower, you will share breakfast with your loved ones. Luckiest man in the world!

I'm so done with X. It seems i'm addicted to posts that trigger my indignation / anger and i hate it. My screentime has exploded. It's not good for me and also people around me are impacted by my bad moods. I am going to quit cold turkey, just like i did with smoking 30 years ago and alcohol 4 years ago. God help me.
