I hate that I’m a sucker for military flyovers. The US does them incredibly well. On balance though, I’d rather have healthcare.

Statements of support for the memorandum of understanding are emerging from Turkey, Qatar, and other regional and European leaders.

This interim agreement seems to have legs to a greater extent than anything that has emerged up until now.

(Plus many pro-Israel voices are ostensibly furious.)

The US and Israel started the Iran War without provocation. They killed 3,500 people and decapitated the country’s leadership. Iran is emerging MORE hardline. Any nuclear agreement is reached will be worse than the JCPOA. But ending the hot war between the US and Iran is a good thing, IF it happens.
