No. I'm locked out of a customer's M365 account. It's called 2FA overkill bollocks.

I've emailed support at the disti we buy through, who basically didn't read my emails and asked questions that I already answered in my original request. TBH, I knew they would have to escalate to MS, so I don't know why it took all day.

Because ticket systems are like distribution groups, when they email each other, I get the emails too. They've escalated and are thanking each other for it. 🤯

At the tail end of my career, I often wonder how people keep their jobs, either because they seem totally incompetent or because their role seems totally superfluous.

I'm locked out of an M365 Tenant, so I've emailed support at our disti. After a morning of emails containing the same info over and over again, I'm now getting emails from support thanking each other internally for escalating the issue to Microsoft.

Like, what the actual fuck, you haven't done anything!
