Like I said I think it's water filling the void. I track my calories both used and burnt. Ive been walking 8.5+ miles 6 days a week and eating approximately 2200-2400 calories. I was burning 2 lbs a week for a month then this past 5 days I've stopped this week and Its puzzling.
Anyone have experience with weight lost where you have a calorie deficit, but aren't losing weight and retaining what appears to be water because the fat is extremely squishy?
All thats going on with me is a few thousand in kids dental bills and somehow my fucking car allowed its keys to get locked in it. Im debating on calling a locksmith or going to the dealer to get a dumb key.
I mean it isnt fine, but its manageable and within my "control" insofar. Its not like I skimped on home insurance, it burnt down, and now I need to remortgage to be able to rebuild my house.
I'm going to commit heinous acts against (minority group) and if the police show up my reaction will be (insert violent act). You reading this as well should do (actionable threat) against people IRL. No I am not a (provocateur account) this is all organic and totally sane to post.
