Land, construction, property taxes, energy cost, network costs, not to mention servers and GPUs (or whatever is next for Ai, ASiCs?) that will need to be upgraded frequently to remain competitive... Well to be more clear I paid them with a negotiable instrument I wrote and signed myself. Lol. Everyone should do this if they don't mind a bad credit score and possible lawsuit (defendable).
