I once got an issue with iCloud synchronization, the support told me that they can not help me and the situation is too complex for them to handle, they asked me to seek help from a genius bar, ended up solving the issue myself (thanks to codex)

It has nothing to do with the case sensitivity by the way, the issue was on the server, and it was down for sometime. It's now fixed.
