Thanks for the heads up, while it's working in the rest of the app, the upload window was hidden in the note editor, it's fixed and should be available next version.

I once got an issue with iCloud synchronization, the support told me that they can not help me and the situation is too complex for them to handle, they asked me to seek help from a genius bar, ended up solving the issue myself (thanks to codex)
