ما دخل الجهر أو السر في كون الفعل كبيرة في أصله؟ جنبنا الحدود في هذا الموضوع لاختلاف العلماء على رأيك. عدم وجود الحد لا ينفي عن الفعل أن يكون كبيرة من كبائر الذنوب، ولك في النميمة مثال. وما يستقر عندي هو أن الكبيرة هي كل ماله حد في الدنيا أو وعيد في الآخرة أو حرمان من الجنة أو اللعن في أيهما. وقوم لوط من الملعونين قطعًا لنزول العذاب عليهم في الدنيا، ووجوب العذاب عليهم في الآخرة.

وبنص القرآن الشذوذ من الفواحش. وكل ما عد من الفواحش في القرآن هي كبائر في نصوص أخرى، فلمَ نستثني الشذوذ؟ قياسًا وإجماعًا هو من الكبائر حتى لو راودك الشك في في بعض الأحاديث.

يا أخي، لا تريد تقيم الحد لاختلاف العلماء في ذات الحد، هذا وشأنك. أما أن تقلل من فحش الفعل وتنزله منزلة الصغائر واللمم فهذا ما لا يُعقل.
