This is the antenna tower for the radio station WKXJ in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
They have large satellite antennas around back, but those are down in a dip.
I have no idea what I’m looking at here. It was just an eighth of a mile from a destination of mine up there, so I decided to swing by and take a look.

Two of the class takers were women. Well, the 17-year-old still counts as a kid so female is more accurate than women. The other was a 30 something teacher who had been drafted into sponsoring her high school ham club.

Oh, I forgot to mention during my ham radio club check in the other day (OK I’m using text to speech and I totally said the other day in a Letterkenny voice)….
The longest serving ham doing the check-in had been an active ham for 60 years this year. Meanwhile, me being a ham for 10 days was the shortest ham member in the club.
