Polls had Harris winning.

Vote. Polls are meaningless without voters putting action to voices.

How to make the US a less desirable place in which to invest?

Hmmm...Spanky continues with his "hold my beer" campaign.

"Trump Threatens 300% Tariffs on Foreign Countries and Enterprises That Fail to Invest in US"

300% tariffs. Yep.

Ignore polls, put on your adult pants and vote.

OMG. There is a 93-yr-old senator?

And because of the excited holding up of the sign, I was mixing up Kennedy & Schmitt. Both are shmucks.

But holy cow on people actually electing a 90-yr-old to office. Were there no other candidates? What is the thinking?

People keep whining about them all being the same. How about voting for educated people who were born after slavery ended and birth control was invented? You’ll see some of that change when “the good old days” mean something different.

I worked with a Palestinian once and she said what she missed the most was hearing her language spoken. So I asked her to teach me how to say, "hi, how are you today," and when I showed up each morning, I would greet her in her language.

You don't have to know an entire language to help immigrants feel more at home and learning is a wonderful part of life.

I love this. A cattle egret is called a héron garde-bœuf en français.

@nprofile1q... Any chance you know what this ant is? It seems to have a shiny hind end and a weird thorax? Not sure if I'm labeling the parts correctly. The middle part looks very strange.

A look at some of the storm clouds yesterday when the sky wasn't solid white or grey.

This is looking over the lake, where it does become solid, likely due to heavy rain. What lake, you ask? LAKE ONTARIO!
