As someone who hasn't done deep technical work for almost 3 years: How do I get back?
Since moving to my current employer, I haven't done any significant data engineering or data analysis work. Most projects were so shallow, I would've been laughed at at my previous job.
Now that I am looking for something new, I struggle to see how I can pivot back to backend, data or DevOps roles.
