RGB. Basically think of anything a shitcoin could do from scaling to privacy to tokens and smart contracts, and then give all the powers to bitcoin without a single soft fork, new op code, or any drive chains controversy. The final spec, v0.12 (its essentially an ossified spec) is out.

It's rgb which works on both L1 and L2 (ark and lightning). Version 0.12 just launched (the production spec, not to be confused with bitfinex's attempt to hijack the project with v0.11.1) and paves the way for zk on bitcoin and massive scaling via prime.
