I got the new #PHA filament tuned and I got a decent cube out of it.
I'm surprised how cold it seems to want to be printed. I'm at 195C now and it still flowed 40+mm3/s. Any hotter than that and over...
@nprofile1q... PHA is a marvel of a filament. Definitely a good PLA alternative that I would love to see more use of.
Finished up some collet racks for the mill.
This is my second go at the ER32 rack. The first one wasn’t beefy enough and sagged. One of them doesn’t feel so heavy and I underestimated the weight ...

Busy printing an OPR Age of Fantasy: Regiments army, specifically Rat'men'. Really think we need a better name!
This is a double unit of Militia led by a Champion. This was also a test of Elegoo's ABS-like resin 3.0. I managed to guess the _dimensionally-accurate_ exposure in one go, which felt good.
Bases were printed FDM, which worked well.

@Jamie :h2dlaser: :h2c: Yeah, exactly this. Hoopats are the only vat which actually have a pour spout worth a damn _because_ they're an after-market extra. I guess the printer manufacturers go 'yolo, good enough'.
