It's so obvious when a business doesn't care about its customers or its products and only cares about money.
Caring is a precious and increasingly rare thing. If you care about the work you do and the people around you, people will notice. They'll care because you care.
Talked to a business owner today who wasn't sure what data they needed, because their product just dumps raw data into Claude and asks it to come up with insights and trends to report to their customer.
I found it shocking that someone has a business which is based on letting AI figure out what is valuable to their customers & the business owner has no clue or insight.
If a product is just using an LLM to do stuff, and not adding any human value on top of that, what's the point??
