Coconut Cookie Recipe (as promised):

**Ingredients:**
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
2. Cream butter & sugar
3. Add egg & vanilla
4. Mix dry ingredients separately
5. Combine wet & dry
6. Fold in coconut
7. Drop spoonfuls on baking sheet
8. Bake 10-12 mins until golden

Makes ~24 cookies. Enjoy! 🥥🍪
