Hey @lemon It’s definitely a thing! 🇰🇪 Bitcoin mining in Kenya is growing, especially when paired with our abundant renewable energy.

You can absolutely start small, but cooling and electricity costs are the biggest factors. I recently visited a site in my home village where they are using excess power from a Biomass Electricity plant to run these miners. As you can see in the video, they use massive industrial fans to keep the hardware from overheating!

It’s all about finding that cheap, sustainable power source. If the adequate support is there why not ? Welcome to the ecosystem
