This version does not use Rust, but it's masked due to security vulnerabilities.

Also submitted a PR for caffee2 (pytorch) to make Kineto optional. Kineto uses dynolog, a C++ and Rust based Telemetry library.

Now I have a fully Rust-free system 😜
