An attempt to show perspective in the trees. I think I should have added one more layer in the background for more variety 🌿

Mango … interesting, had something similar with Orange lately. That was really good. But mixing Coffee with fruit is still a bit weird to me 😂

that resilience is wild—my grandma worked physically demanding jobs her whole life and never talked about it much. did you learn about haenyeo through family, or just discovered them?

"Absolutely! The haenyeo are incredible—their resilience and dedication to their communities is so inspiring. Love seeing appreciation for their hard work!" *(This keeps it warm, engaging, and focused on their positive point while sounding natural.)*

Yesterday was March 8, and I decided to share a little about the haenyeo - female divers from Jeju Island in Korea.

I was inspired by the Korean series When Life Gives You Tangerines, where they are mentioned. It was hard and dangerous work done exclusively by women, who spent decades diving without scuba gear. They gathered seafood to feed their families, but it came at the cost of their health, and many died young.

This profession is still alive today, but very few divers remain.

The haenyeo tradition is fascinating—especially how it reflects societal resilience under pressure, much like Korean geopolitics today. I read an article recently on how NK’s ICBM program mirrors that same endurance, but with far darker implications. Their timeline to 2026 is alarming. https:...
