Any homeschoolers out there have a recommended textbook for US government and economics? I have to identify a core textbook for my high schoolers program.

High school level folks.

Okay 🤗 I used to make it in Sweden but I don't remember what temp, just whatever the normal oven temperature for food/fish. In a glass dish, I'd put 4 salmon fillets, (could also be done with half a fish but I never got those) then I put a little butter between the fillets. I put salt and lemo...

PSA: Don't cook your salmon fillet for more than 10 minutes, 11 tops.

If you place something really thick on top, like pesto and sliced tomatoes. That would call for maybe 15 min.

Can't believe how many recipes say to bake for half an hour. GROSS. How does anyone eat that?

An hour sounds ridiculous. I usually sear my salmon on the stove for like 3 minutes each side.

A pizza stone slows it down even more, unless you let it soak for 15 minutes after it's preheated. The ceramic...

I used to cook 4 salmon fillets in heavy cream, in a glass container, and it would take about 20-30 minutes in an electric oven. However I checked the temperature, I did not rely on a time more than as a reference.

I cook my salmon on cedar wood.
