I have question: if your nsex gets stolen, are all my essential apps (protonmail, bitwarden etc) possibly cooked if I auto-update after attackers has done their mischief?

Thank you! Update integrity is checked by the OS so the risk is concentrated on first installs. The nsec is used to sign indexed apps only but in that case assets are downloaded from their original locations, anyway, (so risk is mitigated) and that location clearly displayed in the UI. In additi...
