Has anybody else noticed the potentially illegal and bad stuff floating around Nostr? Not that that stuff doesn't happen on other social networks, but the fact that it's bumped up to the popular section concerns me. How can this be fought?

Some of those could bring a government lawsuit against the ones holding the relays. Then, where does your big decentralization ideas go?
