I think that robbers in USrain are problem and their friends in Europe are problem. Neighbours are welcomed to sort problems.

Russia is a robber it invaded Ukraine in 2014 killing people and annexed Crimea. No neighbour supported Ukraine, then Russia move full scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022 killing thousands of cillvilian Ukrainians, stealing children and wiping cities off.
