Think about this,

A warehouse, set up as an Esports arena focused on racing in VR.

When you aren't hosting a tournament, use the arena for coaching e sports racers in both car and motorcycle.

In single player races with bots, slow down time for students when they are in high stakes scenarios like losing grip at high speed, so they can process what is happening. Record races, and go over mistakes in slow motion in the rig so the students can feel and understand their mistakes.

Aside from coaching, allow people to simply rent play time on the rigs, and have a more general, casual VR area for other games, to increase revenue.

I think that type of coaching would produce legends. Also I wouldn't be shocked if VR racing replaces real racing (largely at least), because you have no fear of death in VR, and you can race space ships.
