We need to convert sections of our highways to have no speed limits like german autobahn. People wouldn't speed in normal zones as much. We need to increase licensing requirements but subsidize them fully: require manual, auto, street, track, and have the track training go over FWD, AWD, and RWD. Maybe a tiered license like Australia but you can just do all the tests at once and get the top license without delay. I only say this because everyone is retarded and refuses to learn if they aren't required to.

Like I'm more than comfortable cruising at 120 even in the rain. I cruise at 85 regularly in the rain on a motorcycle (I'd go faster if it could). Some people are clearly afraid of 60, and they belong nowhere near a 3000-5000 lb machine that can crush a person.
