A great way to maximise productivity and efficiency would be to retain talent and keep employee attrition rates as low as possible, and yet companies prefer to churn through staff..

It's almost always about consolidating power and control even when that hurts the business. Same with aggressive rollouts of LLMs for code generation, part of the goal is for employees to understand as little as possible about the systems they work on..

I've posted about this before but messaging from the scottish greens was the first time I saw climate justice, social justice, and racial justice reflected as hand in hand with one another in rhetoric from an actual political party

Well I can't vote green in the constituency vote so am going snp + green for the regional list

It feels good to cast at least one vote for something that actually reflects how I see the world, and I'll settle for pro independence across the board
