You'll be in no surprise to hear I'm not well rested. At this point it's just the natural state of things. It's rare when I'm actually not tired.
I have a million things to do and I feel like I'm making negative progress somehow. I am well aware I'm trapped in a prison of my own making. Have patience, for I am a senior citizen (at heart).
