OK, I'm late to this, went away from Nostr and came back to it recently. I think I'm starting the finally understand why Nostr is game changing. Being able to zap and get zapped is such a super strong signal, its akin to a moral compass that's constantly tugging you in the direction of providing and consuming true value.
