I watched your videos at my start in April 2025 and I'm down 9 pant sizes and feel good. Bloating went away, digestion normal, sleep at night way better, less intense emotional swings . It's been awesome. The only bad thing is when someone asks "how did you do it?" and you tell them then they proceed to judge you like you're a cultist. It's like bro stfu it works for me, stay mad about it if you want. I've had veterinarians find the diet extremely interesting when discussed. My doctor is okay with it cause she sees I lost 165lbs. I'm loving it.
