Ever gone looking for your favorite Bitcoin wallet on Google Play… and it’s just GONE?
🚫 Delisted.
🌍 Region-blocked.
⛔ Censored.
That happened to me.
And I decided it would never happen again.
So I ditched the Play Store… and found something better.
It’s called Obtainium — a tiny, free, open-source Android tool that:
➤ Installs apps straight from the official source (GitHub, F-Droid, etc.)
➤ Updates them automatically
➤ Works without Google
➤ Laughs at app store restrictions
Why should you care?
Because one day, that wallet or tool you rely on might vanish.
With Obtainium, you’ll still:
✅ Get the app
✅ Get updates
✅ Skip the gatekeepers
Here’s how to use it:
1️⃣ Install Obtainium (GitHub or F-Droid)
2️⃣ Turn on Install Unknown Apps
3️⃣ Add the app’s GitHub release link
4️⃣ Install + auto-update forever
