From not understanding at all why people even do it… to slowly falling in love with it.
I’ve always been into fitness, volleyball, that kind of running where you rush, compete, push yourself to the limit. Yoga felt too calm, almost too easy at first.
Until I tried it. Once. Twice. And then again.
It felt strange. Not about pushing. Not about proving anything. Just balance. Just focus. Just being there.
And somewhere in between those quiet moments, I realized how much I actually needed it, even though I didn’t know that before. When you’re a tech person, you don’t really think about these “soul” things. You just go, do, achieve.
So I don’t know how I got into it. But I feel like it’s healing something inside me… in ways I still can’t fully explain ❤️‍🩹

This is my very first artwork.
I don’t know exactly why I chose this particular image but it felt the closest to my soul. I also chose the colors intuitively, trusting my own feelings rather than any rules.
I remember that as a child I often tried to draw and it brought me a deep sense of joy and calm. Over the years, life carried me in other directions and little by little I drifted away from that feeling. Still it never truly disappeared.
Creating this piece felt like returning to something warm and familiar.
