Film photography has become like a meditation for me. https://blossom.primal.net/dc73a4620dc658a50e2083ad053fe10288f65e788d2990e714aacfe9e43bbb88.mov

I have a very nice digital camera, but the thing is, I can pretty much take as many pictures as I want. SD cards are cheap, and i can fit thousands of pictures on just one card.

Knowing that you only have a very limited amount of shots and knowing how expensive film is really makes you think about every shot, and the quality of your work on average (per image) improves by quite some margin.

I also think that it improves your ability when using digital cameras as well, since the attention to detail and focus on quality carries over to digital photography as well.

Film cameras are great.

people should get notifications when you block them so they know how annoying they are! and profiles should also have a number in a red circle so everyone can see how many people have blocked them

Well yeah, but the number would be linearly proportional to the reach they have. That means that a person that is very popular is also blocked by a lot of people, and a person that nobody knows about might be blocked by zero. A person with two followers blocked by one is much worse than a person with 10,000 blocked by 10.

I just fear that the average person wouldn't be able to make this distinction.

Maybe a rating relative to the amount of reach you have could be a decent idea? Seems hard to implement fairly in my opinion.
