Clubbing philosophy
Since last night, this track has officially become one of my top ten tracks of all time. It's not just a piece of music - it's more like a rift in the fabric of space-time, a flashback deep into the DNA of a city that didn't just play techno, but shaped it, nurtured it, and gave birth to it from within. Goosebumps, tears of joy, that trance-like pull that holds you fast like a magnetic field, while the bass pulses through your bones like an archaic heartbeat and you become one with everything around you.
Standing with the crew at MOMEM felt like a reunion with an old Frankfurt truth - one that never went away, but was just waiting to be spoken again:
Here, Techno isn't a hobby, a trend, or a lifestyle.
Techno is culture, history, pride.
Here, Techno isn't just music.
Techno is philosophy, life, energy.
From OMEN to the early nights at U60311 to today's dance floors - Frankfurt has always sounded different. Harder. More honest. More direct. A city that doesn't ask if you're ready, but simply sweeps you along.
Last night was exactly that:
The moment when the space envelops you, the frequencies carry you, and you realize that you're not just dancing - you're becoming part of a collective memory. Magic, energy, karma - and that rare feeling that, for a few hours, Frankfurt makes you one of its own. As if the city itself were to briefly open its eyes, look at you, and nod: You belong here.
An echo of the spirit from the OMEN and all the other techno temples that lives on - in tracks, in nights, in clubs in people. A spark that cannot be extinguished.
A moment that will last for eternity.
