If AI is inevitable, why are they upset about the critics?

If there's that much real demand for it, why is it so unpopular?

If it could actually do your job, why haven't they replaced you?

If it wasn't a bubble, why are they afraid of it popping?

If this was a better use for all of these now-unaffordable components then what you were going to do with them, then why isn't your (anyone's?) life better now?

If the AI trade makes sense, why is only one major tech firm making a profit on it?

I didn't come to the Fediverse to hear your entitled opinion of what the Fediverse is for, so I guess we're even.

I know people have other reasons for disliking archive.is, but for me the breaking point was the breathtaking hypocrisy of the service disabling the browser’s reader mode and blocking read-it-later services like Instapaper.
