Some were placed behind the windshield wipers of parked vehicles. This perpetrator reappeared during the night of June 26 to 27, 1981, in 35 known cases, distributing seditious leaflets (carbon copy method) typed on a typewriter by inserting them into residential mailboxes in the aforementioned residential area, Karl-Marx-Stadt/Flemming area. The content is directed against the school subject "Socialist Military Education." In some of his seditious leaflets, the perpetrator attempts to construct a contradiction between constitutionally guaranteed fundamental rights and social practice in the GDR. He spreads the view that our citizens, when exercising these fundamental rights, must expect discrimination, persecution, or arrest.
