Hahaha yes lol. What has been funny and fascinating for me as an old (partially reformed 😂) hippie is watching the new waves of both bitcoiners (and mainstream influencers) promoting natural and basic ingredients, whether it be for the body or the mouth, as if it is some new invention, when we all raised our kids that way and we were considered the weird ones back then 😂
Honestly just grateful that some ppl are waking up! Walking through a supermarket has always been such a strange experience for me, passing thousands of items and just thinking to myself “None of this is food, why is it called a grocery store?”

Curious to hear how you think we evolve past it if it has literally been our core survival strategy for hundreds of thousands of years? Being aware is a start but it’ll take far more than that.

Yes its not the best solution which is why, as I mentioned, I am hoping to get it into a shareable PDF form soon ;)
In the meantime, it’s a whole lot better than not having my book available in Kiswahili imo.
