Let me just say this:
There is something that exists today, and for a lack of a better term I can only name it as "affected-status". When you are personally affected by unfortunate EVENTS you have acquired an "affected-status".
This makes a huge difference when you are litigated. You are not representing other individuals, or the truth - you are making an account in your own defense.
In my unqualified opinion this is the real tragedy, that individuals who represent 'other people' are able to claim victory over individuals who are defending their own person, their own status.
Can you factually declare that Dries had an "affected-status"? That he was forced to defend himself? Because to me that means a great deal. I cannot accept any argument that is made on behalf of the "truth", in an effort to protect the "commonwealth", or in any other subjective argument.
