The day started at 43f/6c then turned into a gorgeous 69f/20.5c. I could have this kind of day throughout the year.
Have a great week ahead, everyone.

We ventured out to the waterfall this chilly morning. They have doubled the parking fee to $10 from $5 but the machine wasn't working to take money 😁
The view was underwhelming because the waterfall didn't have much water and the leaves were still very green. Also, one of our regular hiking routes has been blocked off...perhaps it was a good thing for Kengo's legs.

It was windy and chilly. I had too light a jacket on initially and I had to go back to wear something warmer,

Trying out my new eyeglasses (I wear contacts during the day, and glasses are for the evening.) turned into silly selfies.

Under the weather, and Kengo didn't quite understand why he wasn't going out when I'm home.
I hope you had a better start of the week than mine, everyone.

It was misty but we ignored the light rain forecast and hit the trail. We were right, it didn't rain, just mist. Kengo walked the longest since his surgeries for 80 minutes.
The creek was full of water from the hurricane rain.
