The actually didn’t. They washed to stay “clean” once in a while, but they had no idea they were spreading germs that could infect them. That is quite a new discovery. And it just so happens once they discover germ theory, disease started the significant drop.

Not everyone washes their hands properly or prepares food carefully everytime. Compare it to the polio vaccine which gives lifetime immunity.

The design, customizations, and somehow it feels faster. I have also used librewolf before but setting it to remember cookies on sites manually (to stay logged in) is a hassle.
