@nprofile1q... Hmm, no I dont think so.. I think it might have been in an old Acer laptop if anything, but it's been a reaaally long time since I pulled the drive so..

the Source drive is an old laptop Hitachi 160Gb .. i'll see if I can round up the model#

@nprofile1q... so I don't know if you have any idea about this, however I've been trying to clone and old platter hdd to a newer ssd and for some reason clonezilla wouldn't even see the drive as as Source .. I ended up booting into SystemRescue and running ddrescue to do the cloneing ..any idea why CloneZilla would fail to see a drive? :think_bread:
