Paying a miner to include jpegs isn't "transacting on the blockchain" its transacting off chain in exchange for putting non transactions in blocks. And using bitcoin to buy porn, drugs and other dumb degenerate shit is the very definition of a financial transaction, no one is calling that spam.

There's nothing to miss, just use multiple profiles so you can isolate all the garbage apps that don't respect privacy or require google play services from your everyday browsing and comma.
