So is this person perhaps using an emoji that gets blocked or ignored because of your filter list?

@⚝ Mirko ⚝ Aren't emojis effectively :<keyword>: or something to that effect despite what we see? If that's the case I imagine that whatever emoji they're using has a keyword that you're filtering.
