@HockeyDoxie @fknretardlol Sooo...we have a neighbor that works as a prison doctor about an hour away from us. This little Dachshund showed up at the prison like 6-7 times in the last week. She found the owner...a man whose wife died a couple weeks ago, lives about a mile away. He's devastated, and asked her if she would take the dog. She brought it home today, and she knew that I had said the next dog we would get would be a Dachshund. She talked to my wife, and shockingly (to me) she said yes. SO, here is our new Dachel, and his name is Blue. His left eye is blue. VERY calm...settling in with our Sheprador Kellie Sue and GSD Heidi Ray. SWEET little dog...about 3-4 years old. Waiting patiently for chicken and rice we are making for him.
