I will have to do that! In stl city a couple times a week. Took a look at your abstracts on your site. Intriguing stuff. You clearly aren’t a believer in “settled science” [cringe]. Love it

I’m in clinical medicine and am perpetually disappointed by the way my colleagues have surrendered to “experts” on every aspect of their lives. It would be refreshing to see some new thought. I still get looked at like I’m nuts for being pro-Bitcoin…you should see how they look when I speak to rejecting their medical sacred cows.

I was one of those who left for a bit…and now I am back. Not because I didn’t believe in Nostr but because there was (by my personal assessment) a decrease in the quality of the psyops and propaganda to the point that they were easy to see. Now I’m getting that familiar uneasy feeling that the truth is below several layers of bullshit. I think that Nostr is most important when the truth gets murky and we depend on fellow open minded skeptics to help reach a cognitive peace.

Depending your client, when you try share a note often you get a link, you could delete the domain part of the link and let only the /nevent1a2b... code, so other users can grab that code and copy-paste it on their preferred clients. It's more a thing of etiquette rather than a hardcore rule.

If you are really a boomer then you can do anything, don't listen to me.

No that sounds like Ka’au Crater. Are there lots of water falls? This one starts above UH at the state recreation area. Beautiful, challenging trail

Actually I don’t remember very many waterfalls. I did some more looking on AllTrails. Now I think it was the aiea loop that I extended into the aiea ridge trail because I do remember the view of the highway going into the tunnel. It wasn’t super challenging but the views were cool and the diversity of vegetation was amazing! That being said I was there for about 6 weeks and if I wasn’t working I was on a trail so some of them may be merging in my mind.

Ahh Aiea Ridge is a great trail. So many incredible, challenging hikes on Oahu. I feel blessed to live here.

Is that the trail that starts up in a neighborhood? Then winds around the mountain and every valley you enter charges from ginger to bamboo? I hiked a trail 15 years ago that I LOVED and I could never quite figure out the name when I wanted to tell someone to go hike it.
