I tried to complete shades of mort’ton today but I only have 1 zealot piece and I’m 600+ chests dry there… So will probably work on something else that’s less RNG. Still have CG to work on before I can start inferno attempts.

So you only permanently die in hardcore mode? In regular Ironman, you can continue playing?

You don’t even permanently die in hardcore mode, you just lose your hardcore symbol and become a regular Ironman and continue playing.

I’ve yet to try Ironman Mode. Seems very intense with permanent death and many nerfs to normal gameplay.

There isn’t a permanent death, you can play hardcore Ironman but if you die you just become regular Ironman and lose the “hardcore” status.

I like it, every drop or achievement feels more rewarding, it does get annoying having to get random items for quests and stuff, but I play for the grind
