Fun one for Australians:

https://payphonetag.com/

"A real-world territory capture game played on public payphones. Register, get a PIN, find a payphone, call in, and claim it. Build triangles between captured phones to control territory and climb the leaderboard."

(note that pay phones no longer actually involve paying, as they're free to use)

Wait isn't spring Sep to Nov… oooh you forgot about the Southern Hemisphere. 🤦‍♂️

Again wishing people (mostly USAians) would stop tying things to the seasons.

@nprofile1q... It's an AMD AM4 system I built in 2019. I'd sold the CPU, but still had the rest of the parts. I bought a 5950X for it. So that's 16c/32t, 32Gb RAM, 512Gb NVMe.

The RAM is a bottleneck at the moment. Most things build fine with 32 jobs, but some need 2Gb per job, so I've had to limit it to 16 jobs. Given it's not a good time to be buying 64Gb of RAM, I'd like to add a mechanism where only the packages that need 2Gb per job are limited, and the rest can use the full 32.
