Absolutely rubbish. We figured it out years ago that you don’t need to destroy farmland by installing solar panels fields and you don’t need massive battery storage facilities.
This centralised approach doesn’t really help the end user. It only helps the big players taking control over the Sun and wind and stuff their own pockets.
We even developed a “virtual battery” concept, using just a blockchain, where basically regular users would just share their own energy excess (from their privately owned panels/batteries) between themselves. Using the already existing cables infrastructure, already existing PV private systems, with close to zero energy loss due to the close proximity of exchanging points, etc.
No third parties involved, peer to peer energy transfer, secure and transparent settlement…
As this project would never fill in any big companies accounts and people looking more for the “convenience” those companies shoved down their throats, it never had a chance to be launched at scale.
Maybe sometime, in the future, people will decide they can achieve better results for themselves if they decide that the “convenience” is not always the answer.

And this chap talks a good talk on farming and the countryside but is also an investor in putting solar panels on farmland 🤦🏼‍♂️

If Russia is using their Poseidon weapon, then the only thing Brits can do is to buy life vests, inflatable boats and potassium iodide tablets. 🤭

Russia’s Poseidon nuclear torpedo could devastate the UK by triggering a radioactive tsunami up to 500 meters (1,640 feet) high, according to Russian state media and military analysts. If detonated near the British coast—such as in the Thames Estuary or the North Sea—the explosion would:
Generate a massive tidal wave capable of wiping out London and other coastal cities.
Cause widespread radioactive contamination, rendering affected areas uninhabitable for decades.
Kill millions, particularly in densely populated regions like southeast England.
Potentially impact Ireland, France, and the Netherlands, depending on detonation location and wave propagation.
While Russian propagandists like Dmitry Kiselyov and officials like Sergei Karaganov ("Professor Doomsday") have openly threatened to "plunge Britain into the depths of the sea," experts remain skeptical about the feasibility of generating a true tsunami of such scale. A 2-megaton warhead (current estimates) is far smaller than the originally claimed 100 megatons and may not produce a wave of 500 meters. However, the blast, flooding, and radiation effects would still be catastrophic.
The UK government has not confirmed any immediate threat, but the Poseidon’s deployment on submarines Belgorod and Khabarovsk marks a serious escalation in Russia’s strategic nuclear capabilities.

People never understand who they vote for and never learn that by voting in the actual “democratic systems” is just handing the power over to some puppets.

People should only vote if someone comes and presents a clear plan to replace the representative democracy with direct democracy.

Anything but is just a show.
