All content is stored locally so that it’s fully functional without WiFi/internet. There is a deep library included in the app.

It’s a minimalist zen meditation app.

We may add guided meditations in the future, but for now it’s all self-directed.

When you first enter ZenOut mode, you experience pleasant nature videos with natural sounds corresponding to them, and zen quotes overlaid that you can tap through or save at your own pace.

From there you can toggle the settings to listen to zen lectures and readings from Alan Watts, Jesus (ie The New Testament), Laozi, Marcus Aurelius, and others. Or if you prefer, you can listen to zen music in a variety of styles.

You can also set a meditation timer and hear a pleasant gong sound at the end if you prefer a more traditional approach.
