not sure what Linode costs, but R2 is really cheap. I store many terabytes of data on there (episodes, images, chapter and transcriptions, etc), which are then versioned and cached. The big thing is no egress cost. For all of Podhome’s traffic, my bill there is less than 100 USD/month. And it works just like AWS S3 buckets. Simple to use. Never had a problem
@Dave Hey! I have something strange going on. https://serve.podhome.fm/rss/feeca73e-e4f4-49bb-a667-93c9553100cb is not in the index. When I try to add it, I get an error saying that it already exists, but there was a problem getting data. https://podcastindex.org/podcast/7865588 is in there, but shouldn't. My user did all sorts of funky things and just yesterday was able to redirect to Podhome. The first feed is the source of truth. Can you please fix this mess on the backend?
