本项目旨在构建一个基于 Nostr 身份协议 + Cashu Ecash + AI Agent 的开放式聊天群网络。
任何用户均无需注册账号，只需扫描群二维码即可自动创建身份（Nostr Key）、钱包（Cashu Wallet），立即加入聊天。
整个系统主要包含两种群组创建模式：

四、现实可操作性说明
该方案在技术上具有较高可行性，但建议做以下调整以提高现实可操作性：
1. 身份创建应由用户设备本地完成：Nostr 私钥最好在客户端生成，避免服务器托管私钥带来的安全风险。
2. 二维码建议指向 Web App 或移动应用：扫码后自动引导完成身份和钱包初始化，而不是由服务器直接生成密钥。
3. 消息计费建议采用累计额度：例如每 210 条消息扣 1 sat，可离线统计后一次性扣费，减少高频支付带来的性能压力。
4. VPS 扩容建议采用容器化部署：使用 Docker + 自动编排，便于群组迁移和弹性扩容。
5. AI 评分应作为奖励依据，而非聊天权限依据：直接限制用户聊天容易引发争议，更适合作为是否继续发放奖励的条件。
6. Mint 推荐而非强制：默认使用 cashu.chat 能降低门槛，但应保留切换到其他兼容 Cashu Mint 的能力，保持生态开放性。

English Version: AI Agent–Driven Nostr + Cashu Group Chat Network
Project Overview
This project aims to build an open, decentralized group chat network powered by AI Agents, Nostr identities, and Cashu ecash.
Users can join any chat group simply by scanning a QR code. The application automatically creates a Nostr identity (preferably on the user’s device), initializes a Cashu wallet, connects to a default Mint, and joins the group without traditional account registration.
The platform supports two group creation modes:
1. AI Agent–Generated Public Groups
2. Creator + AI Agent Collaborative Groups
Groups are automatically deployed to VPS infrastructure and scaled according to usage.
Mode 1: AI-Created Public Groups
The AI Agent continuously monitors trending and evergreen topics from sources such as news feeds, X, Reddit, Nostr, Google Trends, GitHub, and historical discussions. It automatically creates categorized groups covering technology, business, current events, hobbies, and professional communities.
For each group, the system generates:
* Group name and description
* QR code
* Nostr group information
* Default Cashu Mint
* Basic moderation and chat rules
Infrastructure
A lightweight VPS (2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD) can host multiple small groups.
Suggested deployment strategy:
* 50–100 users: 10–20 groups per VPS
* 100–500 users: 3–5 groups per VPS
* 500+ users: Dedicated VPS per group
The AI automatically monitors CPU, memory, bandwidth, online users, and message throughput, then migrates or scales services when necessary.
User Experience
After scanning a QR code, the application:
* Creates a Nostr identity
* Initializes a Cashu wallet
* Connects to the default Mint
* Joins the chat automatically
No traditional registration is required.
Chat Payment Model
To reduce spam while maintaining a sustainable economy:
* Every 210 messages require 1 sat.
* After payment, another 210-message quota is granted.
This functions as a communication credit system rather than a pay-per-message model.
New User Incentives
The first 50 members joining a group automatically receive 1 sat from the group’s default Mint, allowing them to participate immediately.
Revenue Model
Revenue sources include:
* Operating and promoting proprietary Cashu Mint services
* Chat usage fees
* Enterprise-hosted communities
* API services
* Paid advertising bots
Advertising bots follow the same payment rules as regular users.

Mode 2: Creator + AI Agent Collaborative Groups
This mode targets creators, companies, DAOs, communities, and brands.
Creators provide:
* Group title
* AI prompt
* Optional domain
* Optional VPS
* Preferred Cashu Mint
The AI automatically:
* Deploys infrastructure
* Configures HTTPS
* Creates QR codes
* Initializes Nostr services
* Publishes the group
The system recommends cashu.chat as the default Mint while allowing creators to use their own compatible Mint.
Creators may also define onboarding rewards (e.g., 1, 5, or 10 sats) distributed from their own Mint.

If the combined score reaches 51/100 or higher, the AI may distribute additional incentives (for example, 10 sats) to active participants.
Below the threshold, rewards stop, but users can continue chatting by paying their own sats.
