I made a theme for Neue Ditto with a throwaway animated background, lol.

Feel free to fork and make it more Lain-esque than the background would imply; would have chosen something from Fauux's site, but I don't care to find a way to losslessly convert an HTML page into a GIF image (or painstakingly recreate it with the individual GIF assets).
