Bitcoin OSS Campus Ignition Tour kicked off this week in Lusaka!

We launched at Cavendish University to empower university students in Zambia, introducing them to sound money and open-source innovation. @Btrust Builders @African Bitcoiners @Africa Free Routing

BitDevs Zambia was also launched with @Bitcoin for Fairness and her support in 2025. Looking forward to more builders joining the network.

BitDevs Zambia Campus Tour is here!
Kicking off the 2026 tour at Cavendish University Zambia to introduce students to Bitcoin open-source development and the future of sound money innovation.

BitDevs Zambia, a technical initiative of Bitcoin Zambia, is now officially listed on @Btrust Builders African BitDevs communities: https://btrust.tech/bitdevs and the @BitDevs NYC global BitDevs directory: https://bitdevs.org/cities.

This strengthens visibility and makes it easier for builders, educators, and contributors in Zambia to connect.

On January 31st, 2026, Satoshi Sister Circle hosted an in-country Bitcoin Personal Branding Workshop in Lusaka, in partnership with Bitcoin Zambia.

The workshop equipped women with skills to position themselves for opportunities in the global Bitcoin ecosystem. We’re proud to have been part of it.
