Unrestricted more capital than all competitors will eventually play out so that the monopoly either acquires or copies everything in its way.

That extends beyond the scope IP laws ofc. But as a person that hates most things governments do, I don’t see how a fair competition that benefits the consumers can occur without some regulations.

It's only a monopoly if force is initiated to stop new entrepreneurs from providing a good or service. Its irrelevant if a business is the only one that provides a service.

@Max @freemymind 🇨🇭 Wouldn’t IP laws help prevent monopolies that can forever crush new entrants? If Amazon could rip off every single IP protected hardware without consequences, their infinite budget would always allow them to outcompete against startups with better ideas, no?
