What @BTC Sessions just did by pivoting his platform from Bitcoin to sovereign tech is the exact same realization @Peter McCormack had by moving on from WBD. Capturing the largest Bitcoiner audience is not the end game.

Theres a much much broader population of folks in adjacent sub groups to Bitcoin like permaculture, political orphans, ham radio, non-toxic cooking, anti zionists, DIYers, etc. and these people are already unplugged and ripe to be freedom-tech pilled to connect all the dots.

The next waves of adoption for Nostr+Bitcoin are those already willing to exit the system in their own way. And with the exits rapidly closing in, connecting these communities together and unifying is the only way I see us survive.

Learning how to run my own AI privately (OpenClaw), do I have this correct?

If you wanna run your own AI (hardware+model), you need a minimum $2,000 rig just to run an open-source model that may not even be on par with top proprietary models?

Is this the problem @Maple AI and @routstr are solving? Can I have my shitty old computer run 24/7 quietly tucked somewhere and pay an affordable price for the best AI models - while not worrying about my most private and personal data ending up in every Fed and Palantir database?

Super excited for the possibilities but absolute data privacy is non-negotiable. Lots of folks on Nostr are talking about this topic so I appreciate any advice 🙏

AI, at least "general purpose LLM's" are sort of heavily centralizing by default... You want an AI that you can just ask any question about, from particle physics to pancakes? Well that thing is by necessity going to have to have massive amounts of energy to train on "all the world's knowledge". T...
