All humans universally understand that anything more on cash becomes less and less money, increasing the risk of the next person rejecting that note therefore decreasing its value because you tried to attach an unintended secondary purpose to it.

Bitcoin Core turned cash notes into the size of your TV screen. BIP110 wants revert that.
